Anniversary

Kurt and I just celebrated our one year anniversary. People often say the first year is the hardest, but we've breezed through it. Everyday with Kurt reminds me of God's hand in our lives. Three years ago I was thinking I would never get married, and then on June 23rd, 2007 that all changed. I will never forget that day in Texas when I realized why God had put Kurt in my life. It was like nothing I had ever felt before. I hope this is encouragement to people. God does have a perfect plan for our lives. He is here, He is real, and He loves us!

Carnival Cruising in the Caribbean

There aren't many things better in life than cruising in the Caribbean, having people cook and clean for you, and spending time with the love of your life. I don't think you can find a better vacation than a cruise. Cruises are affordable and offer you the chance to eat exotic foods, visit exotic places, and enjoy a carefree vacation. Kurt and I just got back from a cruise on Carnival to The Bahamas, St. Thomas, and St. Maarten. The Virgin Islands are beautiful! I could move to St. Thomas. Really. This was my first time cruising with Carnival and it was really fun! I will say Carnival is definitely the fun ship! I enjoyed the service, food, shows, and hot tubs very much. I hope that everyone gets to enjoy a relaxing vacation sometime soon. It did my family a lot of good, and I am sure it would for anyone.
